You will be prompted for a user name and a password. The username is the course number (such as vt102). The password will be given to you by your instructor.

• All the video material is designed to be viewed with Windows Media Player. (download Media Player from Microsoft)
• Do not use the AOL software/browser to access the classes
• If your Internet Explorer does not allow you to access the classes for what ever reason; download and install Mozilla Firefox and use the Firefox browser to gain access to the classes.
• If certain documents (PDF documents ) do not open you may need to download and install Acrobat Reader.
• If you cannot view a downloaded PowerPoint presentation: you may need to download and install the PowerPoint viewer.
