As with all large projects, the development of this CD-ROM included the participation and support of many people. In addition to the AVTE members who contributed slides, I would like to thank Sue Berryhill, of Hill's Pet Nutrition, for generously providing the funding that made this project possible. Robert (Pete) Bill, for offering great ideas, for helping to mark out an initial budget and for providing the scanning equipment. Paige Jones, for patiently and meticulously scanning the vast majority of slides that are contained in this CD (it took several days!).
